Lsyncd on CentOS/RHEL 7

Install Lsyncd

sudo yum -y install lsyncd

Create the config file

sudo mkdir /etc/lsyncd
sudo cp ./lrsync.lua /etc/lsyncd/lrsync.lua

Enable and run
